I'm just trying to tell you how i feel. I'm quite good at conflict management in certain situations. How good are you at managing conflict?
Conflict is a strugle, fight, or serious disgarement. If my two closest friends have an argument and stop speaking to each other, i will talk to each one separately about the situation. But, if your boss get a conflict with another boss what will you do? Or if your boss bullied by a lot of people?
I think, we must focusing on the issues not on personalities. Speaking calmly and slowly with smile. Fiuuhhh. It's so hard to finding out why the other side is unhappy 'situation' like this.
